About this guide
The AI Pioneer is written by the engineers at Levelbrook, a software consultancy. We build web applications, automations and AI systems for businesses that do not have a technical team, and we spend a lot of our time explaining the same things to the same kind of person: an owner or operator who knows AI should be doing something for them and cannot find a straight answer about what.
These guides are the straight answers. Each one starts from zero, gives the rules we actually follow when we build the thing, includes a worked example (a composite, never a client), and says what it costs to run. They are free and there is no newsletter. If a guide is enough for you to do it yourself or to judge whether your vendor did it well, that is a good outcome.
How working with us goes
You write to us through the form on any page. An engineer reads it and replies within a business day with a couple of questions and an honest view on whether the thing is worth doing. If it is, we talk for twenty minutes, send a written scope with a fixed price, and you decide. Everything is built in accounts you own, over screen shares, with a plain-language explanation, so when it is running it is yours.
What we do not do
We do not sell a platform, charge per seat for automations we built for you, or recommend tools we get paid to recommend. There are no affiliate links on this site. Where a guide names a product, it is because we have used it or seen it used well.
